August 3rd – Molly’s sweet tooth – Graham Chocolate Candy Squares

Molly and Santa have been eating vegetables and grains since Christmas.  For a special

Christmas Eve Countdown!

treat Molly made Santa some of his favorite Candy squares.  Good iced, plain or crumbled up on ice cream they are a versatile dessert.  Molly wanted to share her recipe with all her friends.  Enjoy!




2 cup graham wafer crumbs

Graham Chocolate Candy squares

1 cup walnuts

1 cup melted butter

1 cup sugar

4 tbsp cocoa

2 beaten eggs

2 tbsp cream

Boil butter. sugar, coco and eggs for 1 minute.  Add cream, crumbs and

Graham Chocolate Candy Crumble on ice cream.

nuts.  Press into a 8 x 8 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degree Fahrenheit.

May be served crumbled with ice cream or as a square.

Note:   These squares are very rich.  A small square is enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.
