Molly’s Shortbread

1 cup buttershortbread

1/2 cup icing sugar

2 cups flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

Mix butter and icing sugar until fluffy.  Add dry ingredients and incorporate until mixture forms a ball.  Form into a log and chill for at least an hour.  Remove from refrigerator and cut into slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
